Privacy Policy
Bell & Co. Digital is a small business in Maine. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we will answer plainly.
Who we are
Bell & Co. Digital — social media, websites, and local visibility for small businesses. You can reach us at [email protected].
This website collects nothing
bellandcodigital.com is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking pixels, and loads nothing from any third-party server. Visiting it does not create a record of you beyond the standard server logs our web host keeps for security and reliability.
Information you give us
We only receive personal information when you choose to send it, which happens in two ways:
- By email. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write.
- Through a form on Facebook or Instagram. If you submit one of our lead forms, we receive the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you tell us about what you need.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare a quote, deliver work you have asked for, and keep in touch about your project. If you have asked to hear from us, we may occasionally send updates or offers. We do not make automated decisions about you.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
A few service providers process information on our behalf, only as needed to run the business:
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — when you submit a lead form, Meta collects it and passes it to us. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
- Our email and hosting providers — to receive mail and serve this website.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are talking and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax and accounting purposes. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from marketing at any time — use the unsubscribe link, or just reply and say stop.
Email [email protected] for any of these. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; tell us and we will honour them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and limit who can see it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
